A Bicycle along College Road

As a student with a bag rides a bicycle along College Road, the lights begin to flicker on one by one, illuminating the once dark pathway. Behind the proud American flag, a solitary rocky island stands amidst a sea of billowing clouds and relentless rain and wind.

In contrast to Southern California's perpetual sunshine, Northern California experiences a significant number of overcast days. The Bay Area is known for its formidable winds, while the winter in Sacramento is marked by impressive blankets of fog. UC Davis's College Road is a bustling hub of youthful activity, while Crescent Beach, California's final coastline, endures relentless rain and wind under the cover of ominous clouds.
